The Goldstone report which cites the war crimes committed during the Gaza siege in December of 2008, is being rejected by Israel. Israel claims that the report is biased although the report indicates that both Israel and Palestine have committed war crimes during the course of the siege. While a countless number of human rights groups claimed that Israel as responsible for over 1,400 deaths, Israel places the number at just over one thousand. Once again, the country is failing to take responsibility for its actions.
